Found some fault in our products? We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. Follow these steps to easily avail returns/ replacements on delivery of faulty products

  • Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery of the defective product
    1. Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery of the defective product
    2. In case of damaged/missing products, raise a return/ replacement request within 2 days of delivery.
  • Once you register for the return, we will take 2 working days to review your return request
  • Once we confirm and validate the return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the damaged product
  • You need to provide the full package to the courier partner. If the pick-up service is not available at your location, you need to ship it to us for exchange/ returns.
  • After the product (s) returns back to us, we will verify the claim and initiate a refund or replace the damaged product (s) with a good one. Kindly note that the replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

  • Delivery of damaged product (s)- Physical damage and tampering
  • Missing product (s)- Incomplete orders/delivery

We will be unable to process your request for returns in case of:

  • Opened/used/tampered products
  • Original Packaging (Label, cartons, mono, etc) missing
  • Return request placed after 7 days of delivery
  • Return request placed after 2 days in case of damaged/ missing product

As soon, as we receive the damaged product, we will initiate a replacement/refund. Generally, it takes us one-two weeks’ time to effectively complete the return procedure. In case the refund applies to your credit card, it might take an additional 10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
